Special Order Policy

All special order parts/garments/accessories are non-returnable.

All special ordered parts/garments/accessories require a 100% deposit before ordering.

Parts/garments/accessories paid in full will be held for 90 calendar days from the first customer contact. If the parts/garments/accessories are not picked up within this time frame all parts/garments/accessories and monies will be forfeited.

Customer Contact

Customers will be contacted when their parts/garments/accessories arrive at the store by email or telephone. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a valid email address and or phone number with voice mail is provided. We will only contact the customer once for pick up.

Special Circumstances

If a customer is not sure that a part will work for their desired application, we may be able to offer the customer the opportunity to return the part if arrangements are made prior to ordering the part. Several factors will determine if this service is available including suppliers' approval, freight charges, and type of part. Please check with your salesperson to see if the parts you are ordering may be returnable. Restocking charges will apply.
